The Eclipse VQ Series Quick Release Couplings are made to the ISO 7241-1 Series B profile. The main advantage of using Eclipse couplings is the superior flow rate compared with standard fittings.
Mobile CNG storage units and trailers often suffer from inadequate couplings, restricting the amount of gas an operator can extract before refilling is required. Restrictive couplings can also lead to internal ice build-up, further restricting flow.
